Getting Started
Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive weekly deliveries of seasonal farm fresh produce right to your door! A box typically will feed 2-4 people. Larger families are encouraged to sign up for the Weekly Double Box, which is two boxes of produce delivered weekly.

Our boxes are $25 per week.  There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $25 to cover the cost of our hand-crafted vintage produce box included in your initial sign up cost.

We are currently offering home and office delivery to Shasta County, CA. Our goals are to expand our delivery to other counties in the future.
We currently offer delivery every week or every other week to your home or business. As our business continues to grow, we may open up other delivery options to our customers.
Your delivery schedule begins when you sign up for our delivery service. You will be charged a $25 box fee and for the first month of delivery services during your sign up. After the first month, you will be charged the following depending on your plan:

Weekly Box
You will be charged $25 every 7 days.

Every Other Week Box
You will be charged $25 every 14 days.

Double Weekly Box
You will be charged $50 every 7 days.

We do not offer a trial period. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your deliveries, you can cancel your membership at any time.
Delivery
Your produce will be left for you to enjoy when you get home. Remember, fresh produce can wilt in hot weather. We will do our best to not leave your produce in direct sunlight. If you are aware that you will not be home when your delivery is expected, you can leave instructions for the delivery driver if you would like your box left in a specific place.
We currently deliver to Shasta County, CA. We plan on extending our delivery areas in the future as our business continues to grow.
Each week we will bring you a hand-crafted vintage box of fresh produce. We will take your box from the previous week when we drop off your new delivery. If you are not going to be home at the time of your delivery, please leave your box near your front door where the delivery driver will see and can retrieve your previous box. You may be charged a $25 fee for not returning the box each week.
Produce
Yes! All of our produce is grown organically from the highest quality heirloom, organic, non-GMO seeds. We are in our first season and currently in the process of getting all of our certifications.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our produce. If you notice something wrong with your produce, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery at fulfillingfields@yahoo.com.
My Membership
If you would like to switch to another delivery option, we can assist you with changing your order. Please contact us and we will make the changes you need!
Yes you can. Please contact us so we can pause your membership for up to 30 days. There is a minimum 5-day notice required for pausing your deliveries. Please have the date you would like to pause your membership, and the date you would like to resume your membership ready when you contact us.
Our weekly produce boxes are selected by our farmers and are not customizable, however you can order seasonal add-ons from our website to be added to your delivery. To ensure your add-on makes it to your delivery, please order your add-ons at least 72 hours prior to your typical delivery day.
Our farmers need to know how much we need to harvest each week and we need time to plan and schedule our crews. The 5-day window helps us plan ahead and ensures that your box won’t be delivered by mistake.
Once you are a member you’ll have access to our seasonal add-ons pantry and be able to add any seasonal produce we offer as an add-on to your weekly delivery. Please order at least 72 hours prior to your order so we have time to get your order and pick your product in time for your delivery.
We currently only offer online ordering for our membership. We cannot deliver anywhere that hasn’t been approved for membership through our online ordering system. We do not accept cash or check payments at this time.
You can make any changes to your delivery and billing address in your account. If you make a change to your delivery address, please shoot us a courtesy email so we can ensure your delivery goes to the right place.
We use PayPal as our recurring payment processor and in able for you to be able to cancel your membership or recurring payments from your end, you will need a PayPal account to do so. Signing up is easy and done through the checkout process when signing up for one of our delivery box options. We currently do not offer any other payment options.
You can cancel your subscription from your PayPal account and we will be notified.  You can also contact us and we can cancel your recurring payments from our end.  Detailed instructions can be found here.
