Our first year has been focused on establishing our basic infrastructure, getting our fruit orchard planted, and our acre-and half of biodynamic vegetable gardens built and planted. Wow! It has been A LOT of work…But we are so very proud of how much we have accomplished in just a short time frame and in spite of numerous setbacks. Our goals now will be to raise enough funds to build two large 50X20 foot greenhouses and a large chicken coop so that we can be a
year-round produce farm with year-round CSA deliveries that will also include free-range organic eggs.

By 2018, we also hope to raise enough funds to bring in farm animals, so that our crews can experience the calming effects of caring for animals, in addition to the full mind/body benefits of gardening. Fulfilling Fields Organic Farm will also incorporate companion dog training on site in the near future, as we believe that this will aid in deepening the connections that those with developmental disabilities will be making, not only with animals, but also their bonds with one another, their families, our community, and nature. Our dream is for this farm to be the most therapeutic, supportive and diverse employment and vocational training opportunity possible.

Our commitment is to always work together as a community for the community thereby empowering everyone who becomes a part of our project to become more centered and confident in their abilities to live more sustainable, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
